As chairman of Veredus, the UK-based national recruitment consultancy, Hamish Davidson has met thousands of MBA students and seen CVs from graduates of the world's top business schools. He is not impressed.
"It's pretty sad really," he says. "I've been addressing groups of MBA students for years and there's a lack of realism about the need to take responsibility for their own job search.
